What counts as an error?
Ultimately, this is open to interpretation. Some typos are intentional, as are some improper grammatical choices (for example, dialogue with an accent is often intentionally incorrect). Although context is important, most true errors are probably obvious and deserve a reward. We will do our best to act in good faith in this regard, and may reward you simply for reporting, even if we choose not to correct the material.
Errors found on pages hosted on eesomeink.com are not included in this offer.
Who can claim a reward?
Anyone! However, only the first person to submit an error is guaranteed to receive a reward. Again, we will do our best to act in good faith and compensate all reasonable submissions, but correcting an error is not instantaneous, which permits ample opportunity for concurrent discovery.
What are the rewards?
Our standard offer is $2 (USD) per discovery (paid through a variety of services). For readers that are not keenly interested in a cash reward, alternative are available, such as handwritten thank you notes, sketches, postcards, sneak peeks at new books, free e-books, and more. Feel free to ask!
